Terra Innovative, Inc. ("Company " or "we" or "our"), owns and operates the website located at www.chiroclick (the "Site"). Through the Site, Company operates a prospective
customer data base (the "Service"), by which it compiles, sorts and
sells contact information to businesses on behalf of individual
consumers who have shown an interest in applying for a business product
or service and have affirmatively asked to be contacted by a
representative of a product or service business. Company utilizes third
party vendors, third party affiliates, and a variety of media
advertisements to promote the Site to consumers interested in
completing an online application at our Site, or to supplement our
database by purchasing their database of consumers who have completed
applications on websites other than Company's and have affirmatively
requested receipt of information about product or service offerings
similar to those offered on Company's Site.
We want consumers to feel comfortable using the Site and participating
in the Service, so we have created this Privacy Policy to let you know
what information we may collect from you on the Site and through the
Service and how we may use that information. Please take a moment to

There are several areas on Site where you may be asked to enter both
personal and non-personal information. We DO NOT sell or share any
personal information about you to or with any person or organization

We are the sole owner of the information collected on the

collects information through the Site from our prospective and existing
clients at several different points on our web sites. We use their
contact information to send information about our company and to

The Information we collect: In order to provide the best
suited services we ask for the following information from our visitors.

Phone; Email Address; Best Time to be Reached; Additional Demographic or Financial Information.
When you visit a Site, our Web server sends a cookie to your
computer. This cookie merely stores a limited amount of information
about your site visit. The cookie merely tracks aggregate information
on how our site is being used, including session counts, navigation
patterns, pages visited, etc. These cookies, however, do not store any
personally identifiable information such as your name, email address,
phone number, etc. as you browse the Site. These cookies cannot be
related to you as an individual unless you complete a loan or realty
request.
When you complete an information request, we store your
cookie identification in our system.
We also utilize Web Logs to track aggregate information about
how our Site is being used. Web Logs track anonymous user information,
including the number of visitors to our Site, operating systems,
Internet Provider addresses (if publicly available), and browser type.
Unlike cookies, Web Logs are maintained only on our servers and do not
store or place anything on the user's computer.
Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the
choice/opt-out section below. Contact and Financial information that is
collected is used for verifying your name, address and other
information. Information about your computer hardware and software is
automatically collected and may be shared in aggregate with third
parties whose services are used for traffic analysis purposes. This
information includes: your IP address, browser type, domain names,
access times and referring Web site addresses. This information is not
tied to personally identifiable information. This information is used
by Company to maintain and improve the quality of the service and to
generate statistics regarding use of the Site.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18 years of age.
OPT-OUT: Our Site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of
receiving communications from us and our partners. This Site gives

limited if personally identifiable information is not submitted for the
user. To keep your personal information strictly confidential, we

guarantee a response to your information request. The user is further advised that nothing in the Site
constitutes an offer, promise or otherwise. You acknowledge and agree that Company
and its participating professional partners shall not be liable or

intercepted and subsequently used by an unintended recipient.
We cannot ensure that all of your private communications and

example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose
